Well they could not repair my tire that had a nail in it, and of corse they did not have one in stock that would work for the warranty, the soonest they can get me one is 4-6 days which sucks for me since I drive for a living too bad they won't ship it overnight to help get me back on the road unless I pay the shipping which I prolly would do if I wasn't paying for the tires and extended warranty still! Ugh

They are the best! I had purchased a set of Good Years just over a year ago that were 70,000 thousand mile tires and I got 24000 out of them and they were bald. They went above and beyond the Expectations to fix something that wasn't there fault they were the middle man in the tires and corrected the manufacturers by buying them back and putting a set of Michelins on. With out a fuss or anything of the sort.

Every time I have been to this store, I have felt they are professional and great service. Most importantly I feel I am treated fairly and have always felt great about the quality of the tires. We made the mistake of going somewhere else once, and our tires kept blowing out within a few weeks. We replaced the new tires here because we were confident in the quality. We won't go anywhere else again.

I ordered snow tires and made an appointment to have them put on my car, since I have an 8 week old baby and didn't want to wait hours to have snow tires put on. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early to get checked in. My appointment was scheduled for 11am, it is now after 12 pm and my car is still sitting in the parking lot. They have been taking the cars back in order of arrival regardless of if the individual had an appointment or not.
