Brought my Bimmer in with a nail in the tire. I was in and out in less than an hour.
Took my truck in yesterday for a balance( not even a rotate, just a balance), took two hours. Drove it home after my long wait, truck drove worse than before! Back today, was told 60-75 minutes. At the 85 minute Mark they finally pulled it in the bay, 30 minutes later I was on my way. I will say they fixed the problem but on a repeat/you didn't do your job right the first time returning customer you should get me out faster than two hours...
