They throw unnecessary parts to try and find the problem with my wife’s AC. When they could not fix the problem they told me to take it to the dealer. After the dealership fixed the problem I told them I wanted a refund. He told me that if that if I felt a full refund was in order he would give it to me. I have this in an email but he had yet to refund my money. So beware doing business with him.

Great service and Great people
This store does not honor the real discount tire store. They r independent owners. I needed a tire for my Honda and they wouldn't accept the tire I'd gotten from another discount tire store and had to go to Rockwall location. A very frustrated day for me.
I have bought tires from them for years. I needed tires for my car today. Eric had me in at 11 and out by noon. Thanks guys.
Had to buy a new rim today and Felix was super nice and helpful with everything!!!
