The services at Madera Discount Tires has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. Mr. Chase Hatcher the manager and mechanic staff does an exceptional job of communication the needs and work hard at to complete in a timely manner. I really do appreciate chase and staff. Thank you again.
This is my first tire rotation after full purchase of four tires. Customer service was excellent but for the shop not to put air in my tires resulting in low tire pressure the following day this is not acceptable. When available air service at gas stations makes this over site unexpectable for five stars response.
