The store manager in Rogers Mn. Dave Awesome customer service. Went out of his way to correct a mistake from another store no questions asked he was truly concerned more about safety than "just to make a sale"
I have to tell you about my amazing experience today with Discount Tire store in Kemah, Texas. I do believe Customer Service no longer exists, but today Robert Chavez proved that there are some managers that do care and respond with responsibility or compassion. Even in this situation where I had a wrong receipt, he was gracious, professional and went out of his way not to make me feel foolish.
