Jordan is very handsome, and he fixes stuff and things really well.
Ran over a nail but did not think I arrived in time to get it repaired at 5pm. I was wrong! They took care of me the same day and repaired my tire. I was so happy there was no cost to me. I have always loved Discount Tire and I have never felt any sales pressure from being a woman.

The best discount tire employees are here at this location. Preston goes over and beyond of his job. Luke is really so helpful and knows what he is doing. The only discount tire location who never took advantage of me as a female who doesn’t know anything about tire, rotation or balancing. They explain and gives me the discount the best they can for new tires. New in this location last July 2017 and been in this location since. I live in Phoenix but worth driving to this location for excellent service.
Appointment to install 4 new tires today at 3PM. Walked out the door 40 minutes later a happy camper! ����

The flagship store and always had a great experience until today. I wanted to see if I could trade in my brand new tires on a new vehicle and buy $1K worth of tires. The manager didnt seem too interested but was supposed to come and look at them. Both the sale rep and manager soon forgot me so i left. Luckily I found another tire store who was more than happy to take my $1K and give me a few bucks on a trade in.
Best service! Needed a screw removed from tire and plugged - need new tires but they didn't pressure me and say no repair and I have to buy. Zack was the best explaining my tread and when I need to replace. I will definitely come back and buy tires from him. repaired my tire for FREE!! Right Honda (wrong Honda) wouldn't repair and told me I had to buy new tire. Won't be going back....Discount is getting my business!!
