Went in yesterday with a screw I picked up some where .. they fixed it quick .. been there before and always excellent customer service and friendly.. and the major plus I saw was all the technicians were actually working and not playing around on there phones ... felt like they knew the fact that there job was to fix people’s pride and joys and took pride in there skill ...

Roofing nail in my tire. In and out on a Saturday morning in 30 minutes, and no charge! They take great care of their customers. I'll definitely be back.
They talked my son into purchasing a warranty on the tires and when I called them back to let them know I did not want warranty, the person on the phone was very rude and quickly said sarcastically" thanks" and hung up on me. all I wanted was the tire rotation plain and simple. they lost my business and I will be putting the word out to not go this particular discount tire. There are better places in town.
