Biggest mistake taking my car to this location for a second time. Not only have they broken two of my tire pressure sensors now, they forgot to place 2 bolts on my driver rear wheel!! So dangerous and unbelievable. Makes me wonder what else they broke or forgot that I have yet to notice. AVOID THIS LOCATION BY ALL MEANS

I just got back from the power and 60 store because last time I went in for air the guy suggested I get rotation.i bought my tires a year ago with a 65000 mile warranty I only have 16000 miles on the tires. The associate that was helping me told me that because of wear on outside of tire was nothing he could do but for me to buy two new in front the inside center and rear tires were fine had them aligned 4 months ago and right after new ones put on.I asked what about the warranty and was told nothing we could do but get new ... read more

Kenny gave me a great deal and had me in and out by the time they promised.
I made it to the store right before closing I had a nail in my tire and had a feeling it was to far on the sidewall to be plugged, my gut was right, I needed a whole new set, 5 minutes before 6 needing a full set thought great they are all going to be so mad. The crew got me out by 6:15, they were all wonderful. Now days it's extremely hard to find good customer service, and last night that was not the case every single person manager included had a smile and seemed glad to help!
