the worst , they snapped the welding on my muffler didn't mention anything until I am driving smell my tire burning take it back in the next day and they deny responsibility for it and Joel the manager admitted to losing a cap to my rim's claimed they will replaced I called last week was told by Preston it was ordered called this week to see if it's in and it was never ordered and was told they dont know where to order a replacement rim cap. all this and all I went in for was a tire rotation for the new set if tires I bought... read more

Waiting quite awhile to get tire repaired but I was a walk-in. Oh well.
Have purchased several sets of tires here for multiple vehicles. Always a great experience and you get in and out quick. Pro Tip—You can purchase tire warranties from Discount Tires even if they didn’t sell you the tires. For example...if you buy a new or used vehicle bring it to the store. They will do a quick inspection of the tires. If they are in good shape you can buy tire warranties. Usually about $25 per tire.
Absolutely the best place in Mesa,AZ to get your tires serviced!!! The friendliness is something to be proud of, companies can learn from you. The guys at the tire check area are fast & accurate.
This shop has always taken good care of me. I had no money and bald tires and they gave me some used ones to keep me safe.
