I was there around 8:45 yesterday. I had my tires rotated and aired up. They were awesome. I had my baby granddaughter with me and they let us stay in the car for the whole time. And everything was covered because I bought the tires here. Happy customer!
Walked in at noon to get my tires checked for a nail and told them I had to be out the door by 1:30. Was told there was no problem with that and that I should be done in an hour. When it got to be 1:40 and my car hadn’t even made it in the garage. When I went to the counter to get my keys and have them cancel my service they made it out to be my fault and said I just need to get in line for the air pressure check.
Pulled in to have my tires checked. The tech asked me to pull in and he would be with me soon. He was very nice. Then his boss saw me pull in and griped him out . Openly degrading him in front of me.. I felt embarrassed about pulling in and him getting belittled in front of me � Yikes!!
All they want is money, the more you spend the better the customer service . I own a shop and would never treat my customers like that.
Love the Christian music and the customer service is a 10 + Always clean have a customer for life
Everyone is super friendly especially the assistant manager Joe.....My husband called in and spoke with Mike the Manager over the phone and he was very helpful ....my husband sent me down here to get 4 new tires that I think we got a great deal on.....When i got here Joe was quick and friendly to make sure i was in and out quick... even after having to go pickup the tires I needed from another shop!! I was in and out in 1 hour and 15 min....Thank you Joe and Discount tire!!!!
