I paid for a new tire they first called me and said I needed a 16 instead of a 15 and said I needed to spend 10 more.i said ok When I got home I looked at my new tire it wasn’t new at all. I have pictures that let me know they are not to be trusted. keep the money but it will come back on you mistreating me and this was my first time using their services. Yes folks there are costumer friendly and take care of u in a timely manor my tire guy mounted my directional tire the wrong direction but admitted his mistake came and told me i like that and proceeded to fix it
