I gave this place 3 chances, and only once did they do the job they were asked to do. Their front counter team consistently tried to upsell me on services and products that I repeatedly declined. They lie about products they don’t sell, and are under trained on what they do sell. They say they will price match…but they didn’t. I went in and got my truck right in and got excellent service with updates on my truck
Les Schwab tried to charge me $100 more than what they normally do for a tire change. I came to Discount tire and they got me taken care of right away! Friendly and helpful. They got my tires swapped and an alignment done (that was definitely needed as my steering wheel was not centered) all for under the price Les Schwab was gunna charge just to change my tires out. Will be taking my business to Discount tires for now on. Thanks to everyone that helped us at Discount on V-Day!
