Made an online appointment but waited 20 extra minutes to check in because of all the walk-ins. They need to have a dedicated person for walk ins and for appointments. Wasted time = $$ I lost. Service was very good. No issues, they listened to my request and tried it even though I'm sure they knew it wouldn't work. The fact they listened and attempted it was to me outstanding. Total wait time after check in and completion 2hrs. I will use them again and refer them.
Asked to get rubber mounted to a rim. Have the rubber, already. Said they would do it for free over the phone. Show up and get told the won't use my spare. Have to get all new tires and change to brand new lug nuts. Robbery. All I asked for was for them to put rubber on a rim, thats it. They turned it into an almost $600 bill. I left.
I needed an emergency repair on my work trailer but I arrived when they were extremely busy. However, Seth was on it, trying to find any gap to fit me in. When that didn’t work out and things calmed down in the lobby, he went out there and removed the tire himself. In the time I was there he was taking care of many people and hustling the whole time. I appreciate all of his hard work!
Great service and attention. Always available for tire issues. Rotation, balance, flats and new tires. Easy to schedule appointments online. Well run business!!
