Great people, only tire store I use. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
We had a flat tire while traveling from Colorado and the tire was not repairable. Hagen found a replacement tire and worked diligently to help us get back on the road quickly and warrantied. Thanks Discount Tire
The store in Gillette, Wy is always a great experience. The service which was just a tire rotation and balance, was done in a timely manner. Even though I wasn't rushed to have my Jeep back. Kudos to the staff for another job well done.
On Aug. 18th I had a slight emergency issue needing a new tire asap. The 2 counter salesman were excellent help. The workers in shop operated like machines. The crew got me 4 new tires really fast and installed. I was on a trip so I really appreciated the good service and having a business like this . I'm from Wisconsin.
