I wanted to give a huge thank you to Justin B. He was an absolute lifesaver today. I was having one of those days where everything seemed to go wrong, and it all came to a head when I realized all my tires were completely shot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had us in and out in a very timely manner, and our visit was a little complex but they took care of everything without any issue. I've used this store several times, and they always come through with flying colors.
Choose another tire shop. They set me up an appointment to mount tires I purchased from them online @ 0945. They do not have tires yet cuz tire delivery truck hasn't arrived. Wait for a call when they get there, get call @ noon. Now they say they will not mount tires cuz company tire/wheel size policy. Took my tires to Big O Tires like I should have done in the first place and had them mounted no problem.
Worked hard too get me in to a full set of tires on a small budget
