Had an appointment to get 3 tires replaced on my camper. Sent my husband and they automatically charged for tire protection without asking. We were coming back from our camping trip and was 75 miles from our house when we had issues with the wheel. The lug nuts had been put on BACKWARDS !!!

This Discount Tire store is excellent. I pulled up and someone came out to my vehicle to help me. They were incredibly personable and professional. They handled my concerns quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with this experience. The person who helped me Atchison location was Lauren Martinez.
I originally purchased tires at this location a little over a year ago, and at that time they sheered a lug nut off of one of the wheels. They told me to take it to Quick Track oil change center to get it fixed, which I found odd, they're a tire center and can't replace a lug nut? I figured whatever though, and got it fixed.
