Connor was so super friendly and showed me exactly where my issues were. Quick friendly service.
Went in for a new valve stem. Staff was vary polite and helpful. Got me right in and didn't even charge me. I don't know if that's just the Farmington location or all of discount tires. It's a great business model, ill definitely be buying tires from them in the future.
Not a particular fan at this location. I would not go to this location. There is a manager there named John who hides behind employees and has no bedside manner. If you are a manager and someone has a problem, why don’t you talk to that person instead of mumbling behind your employees ? I am so glad another manager at a location that was close able to make things right. Not a fan of Farmington. Great service and great employees there my go to tire shop
I have bought more than 5 sets of tires at Discount Tire. I enjoy my experience there. I appreciate the staff and their diligence in the service that is provided. I probably would not buy tires from other companies.
