this store is awesome. I got there at 7:55 am- opens at 8 and there were already 3 people ahead of me. My tire was checked and fixed by 8:20 am
Always a great experience at Discount Tire in Farmington Missouri. Usually in and out no more than an hour if you have an appointment. Friendly and knowledgeable people that work there.

I had an appointment this afternoon for new tires. When I walked to the door I saw a dog sitting right next to the entrance. I am absolutely terrified of dogs and ended up running back to my car. I called the store not sure what to do and Logan was super understanding and without hesitation he said he would come out to my car. Logan came out and checked me in, and the crew even allowed me to sit in my car while they put on my new tires. No one shamed me or made me feel badly for my fear. The whole experience was amazing. Great customer service! Tire repair/replace also great. My suggestion is ALWAYS buy the warranty they recommend. It's most definitely worth the small cost. I will never take my car anywhere else!!!
