Historically I have loved Discount tire. They have some of the best prices in town, and the tires have always been excellent quality. The last 2 Saturdays (So December 6 & again Dec 13) I took 2 vehicles in for 4 new tires each. On the 6th, great job done on the car. But the wait time. I booked an appointment online & still we waited close to an hour after my appointment time before it was even pulled into a bay to be looked at. On the 13th, I took my truck in. Austin and Corbyn took care of me right away this morning once again. Flat tire repair service scheduled online was quick and the waiting area was cold and comfortable. They took about 40 minutes to fix my tire. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and the tire service was complementary and this is why I will consider them for any future tire needs. I cannot recommend this discount tire store enough. I have been to multiple discount tires across the country. This one by far is the very best. Fast and friendly service for sure. Today I brought my vehicle in because my tire pressure monitoring system was showing a lack of air in one of my tires. I just rotated my tires here yesterday. Gonzalo met me at the air check station.
