Went to this place to have my tires balanced said I had a malfunction tire I bought from them in December 2025 BF KO3. They said it was a. Manufacturing problem. They made me pay 63 dollars. I booked online and there were zero surprises and all expectations were exceeded. Definitely the only way to go. My tire blew out in the freeway a few days ago and I put the spare on to get it home. I went online and found the tires I wanted and they were in stock at my local store (Clinton, Utah), so I scheduled a time for the next day and paid right through the website. Bought a set of wheels online and had them installed the same day, super fast and awesome to deal with. The tech let me know that one of the wheels came defective (there was a very small dent) they could have just not told me as it was very unnoticeable but they ordered me a replacement for free of charge. Really appreciate the professional and honest service!
