Great customer service. Responsive and helpful team. I was in with old tires and out with new tires in less than 30 minutes.
I spend alot of money here and recently gave thought on taking my business elsewhere due to one instance of poor customer service, but management at this store remedied the problem and went above and beyond to keep my wife and I happy. I'll only buy tires here as long as they keep their customer service standards so high. Many many interactions and only one had some issues, no one's perfect and they made it right.
My daughter went to get her tire fixed, she wa told a screw was in it and they couldn't repair it. They sent her home stating they ordered and tire and it will be there the next day and to come.in at 4pm . She went the next day at 4pm and apparently tire was never ordered. Also.my husband ordered tires.and rims and paid for them all up front. They set an appt to come In on sat and only had the tires, not even a call to say rims never arrived.
