Discount Tire always gets me right. I've been going to this location for years and the service is always great. They even fixed my tire leak for free.
Had to buy new tire earlier than expected. So , purchased tire from SIMPLE TIRE to fit with my budget. Called to make appointment to have tires installed and was told $200. WHAT? Was told that since I did not buy my tires from them, this was the cost, but if I had purchased my tires from them it would have only cost $105. So I would have paid an extra $100 to have my tires installed. But NISSAN of ATHENS saved the day for the cost of only the $100 extra that I would have paid. I've been doing business with discount tire for over 10 years. They never have any issues when I'm buying new tires but if I ever need anything else, there is always some reason they cant help me. Today I stopped by because I had a screw in my tire and they said the load rating for the tires wasn't within specs so they wouldn't help me. These tires were on a previous car that weighed the same amount so the reasoning just makes no sense to me. Great place! Like many, had nail in pretty nice tire. Called at 553p just before closing. Jacob was great, did not rush me, explained things easily and ordered a replacement for us if needed for our appt the next day. Collin, Manny and Noah were all great the next morning.
