Quick tire change during rush hour 5/5
Not a great experience. They tell you 1 hour and they keep you 2 hours waiting for installing new tires…
There was some kind of mix up with some tires I ordered and I ended up with tires other than what I ordered. Will followed up with me a couple of weeks later wanting to know if I still wanted the tires I ordered. I explained what happened and after I filled out a survey Brad, the store manager called me and wanted to correct the situation. He couldn’t have been any nicer. I appreciated his quick reaction and willingness to solve the issue. I will continue use Discount Tire for my tire needs.
