Great service and attention to detail! I had my tires rotated and balanced here and they fixed things the other discount missed. I was having some vibration at my steering wheel and they found and fixed the issue. They also pointed out that my tire pressure was a little high and to get the best life out of my tires that I should consider lowering it some. Thank you for not rushing through it and making sure everything was right.
I have been going here for maintenance and repairs for years. They always have friendly service and great communication. The prices are reasonable as well. Shout out to Collin he is working every time I come, he is very friendly.
This is my local store but I have used discount tire in other locations and states an I have always been given great service. I will not purchase tires anywhere other than then discount tires. This visit was because my wife had a flat on her new car and even though it was the tires that came with the car they repaired it and did not charge her. That is the service that will insure when it is time to replace the tires I will get them at discount tires
Stopped by to get a part for a wheel I knew nothing about on a used truck I recently purchased. A guy named Collin figured out what I had and ordered what I needed. It was the first time I've been there. It was a very clean facility and everyone was friendly and very professional.
