Horrible place, tire blew out within 4 months of buying it. They told me they would replace the tire and change me base of the usage of the full tire. Instead of using my protection plan they made me buy a brand new one in full because they looked at the lowest part of my tire instead of the 80% of the tire that was still fine and then just blamed it on my car even though I felt not technical problem with it. I’m never going back and never recommending this place, service needs work.

Jacob here at Discount Tire seriously deserves a raise for everything he did for me! Not only was he extremely courteous and professional, but he had so much empathy for what I had recently gone through. I drive a lot for my job and even though all of my tires were brand new as of March 2025, I have had to have 2 tires replaced due to having nails in my side wall (cannot be patched). The store at 4340 Roswell Rd has always provided outstanding service in my experience. I have been there numerous times and no matter what I’ve had done, they have always been kind, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.
I had been going to a competitor in the past because it was near my house, but I read a lot of good comments on NextDoor and decided to try it as the competitor had really declined in service. My car was ready before the estimated time and every detail of the transaction was perfect.
