Huge shoutout to Justin and Dmitri for their swift and seamless service. 🙌 Justin was incredibly helpful, providing clear details about the process and the estimated time required. Dmitri jumped in with efficiency, quickly handling the tire change and thorough inspections. As a first-timer, I had a ton of questions—but they were both friendly, patient, and never made me feel like a bother. Super impressed with the quality of work and the speed at which everything was done.
Service was fast, Mitchell was a great service rep, Price was reasonable - BUT really, a tire store that does not have alignment services.
Waiting 15 minutes to get air in my tires. Every employee has been outside and have looked I. My direction, so they know I’m here This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Two techs are just standing and only 3 cars in the whole parking lot well, 15 minutes later I hear I’m sorry if there were a load of cars, I’d say no problem. This is so sad.
I came to the store yesterday and Brandon helped me patiently. Very knowledgeable he was able to find the right size and model for my truck. They deserve 10 stars.
I wanted to share our amazing experience with Discount Tire and specifically the excellent customer care we received from Jacob. Our "new to us" car had some severe tire damage and the team at Discount Tire went above and beyond to prove to the insurance company the damage the old tires had. They took such good care of us and made sure that the car is now fitted with the best tires for our safety.
