Whenever I need tires I will always come to this location. All the staff are helpful and polite. They also offer reasonable prices and try to help out if possible.
Been going there for years and depending on which one you go to service varies.. However, lately, I’ve been going to the location at Pendleton Pike and service OK but getting very scammish /sus went to get a tire patched today and they recommended four new tires and my tires are about at 90% and they said they couldn’t patch my tire because of some weight ratio. I can only assume because I’ve bought numerous sets of tires & have expensive cars that they assumed I was an easy sale.. so I don’t think I’ll be going there anymor... read more
As a person who is not very knowledgeable about my car, I really appreciate the customer service here. I usually find it pretty stressful to talk to repair people, mechanics, etc., especially as a woman who is not always taken seriously in these fields. But it is never stressful to get work done at discount tires. Everyone I talk to there has been respectful, professional, and happy to explain and answer my questions.
