Alec was the technician who helped me, and he went above and beyond. He took the time to explain my options for fixing versus replacing, and I really appreciated his honesty. Even though there were more expensive choices, he recommended what was truly the best fit for my vehicle instead of just trying to upsell me. I have always had a good experience at Discount Tire on Pendleton Pike, and whoever Ive dealt with there. I Especially like the manager, Kevin. I trust his advice and judgment, he is very genuine and Approachable and comfortable to talk to about issues. They are efficient, speedy, and true to the service they promise.
