We are a family of long time Discount Tire customers, always great prices and service and their appointment system maximizes their time efficiency. This was the first time in over a dozen sets of tires that I had an issue and needed to take advantage of a manufacturer 45 day trial period and return a set and Shane B. At this location made the process quick and hassle free and I really appreciated that!
It took an hour and 45 minutes to replace my tires with a scheduled appointment.
Always the best tire shop there is, and see you guys in another 6 years! :)
This Discount Tire location has friendly, fast and accurate service! Everyone is working super hard, comparable to an assembly line!
Amazing Crew, and also great environment! It really seems like these guys love their job and are true professionals as well. If you ask them questions they are more than happy to answer, and this leaves you with a good feeling. Before arriving, My tires accidentally got shipped to another facility, and they were quick to notify me ahead of time to reschedule me for today and also apologized for the inconvenience which really meant a lot.
