Wonderful customer service and great management
Came in and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Instead it was 2 hours. If I knew it would take that long would have gone elsewhere and saved time.
Ordered my tires online. When they came in I was contacted about moving my installation forward. I was able to get my tires installed the same day they came in. Took less than an hour. Highly recommend booking an appointment
Dropped off two wheels to have new tires mounted. One tech told me they’d install them once I brought the car back. Another gave a vague answer about how they fit, which wasn’t an issue because I know they fit. Two hours later, I returned to check on them. One wheel hadn’t been touched, and the other was still sitting where I left it. Meanwhile, I watched them service several cars that arrived after I dropped mine off.
