Never in my life have I had a better experience then at discount tire. They got me for life
While I was next in line I explained what I needed done to my car.after the salesman who works there herd all i needed was a tire rotation he then ask me to move to the side so that he could help the man behind me who came in after I did. I did move over and another salesman did help me. when i did finaly pick up my car i did make a complaint but it was to the same sale person who help me when i drop my car off, he had all kinds of excuses like the man behind me was just picking up his keys. They were 35 minutes late, then my vehicle wasn't completed when they tried to give it back to me, so I have to wait an additional hour. The prices aren't even low enough to excuse it 🤣
Great place. Dropped off my wheels and had my tires ordered and ready within a few days.
Totally professional and efficient. Ardis was awesome. The Manager was equally as professional. The entire team and the facility are second to none. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
