Always have had good luck with discount tire. I have purchased several sets of tires from them. This past Friday it took them over 3 hrs to mount my new tires - they were not that busy. Just very poorly managed. The kids in the shop were doing their best to get things done, but you could tell they did not know which direction to go. One shop hand mounted and balanced a tire, the shop lead came up to him giving him a hard time for mounting the wrong tire. So he had to dismount the tire. My front tire burst while taking my daughter to school and I was at a loss of what to do, so I saw the store and inquired about getting it fixed. The guy that assisted me made a discovery that both front tires needed to be replaced and was very helpful. Made sure I was aware of the reason and risks of not getting it fixed. Everything was great ( service and professional service)
