Great service and friendly staff.
My family and I were traveling to Michigan for vacation when we found a nail in one of our tires. Had to stop and stay the night in Michigan City. They were able to get us in early Saturday morning and patched up the hole and go us out on the road in 30mins for free! They were also very respectable and nice!
Only place I go for tires is Discount.
I had a mechanic look at my tire on Sunday, as Discount Tire was closed. We observed a large nut and bolt lodged all the way inside extending to the critical part. He stated that I would need a new tire, in his expert opinion. I waited at Discount Tire a couple of hours the next day, as I had insured my tires there. They communicated the tire statuses with all the men there, but completely ignored me. Eventually, someone handed me my keys and said nothing.
