First and last time here. They let multiple people ahead of me and were rude when asked about it. I will continue to go wlto where I always have. I regret this visit and experience.
I hit something on the highway while towing a trailer and needed a tire replacement immediately. Zach got me in right away within an hour of closing and patched my tire for free. This is why I exclusively shop at Discount Tire.
Went in to buy new 38x13.5r22 tires for my truck (not cheap) upon pulling in all the garage doors were open and about 10 employees watched me walk up to the door and to the counter. A few nights ago as I traveled from South Bend, Indiana to Northwest Indiana, in a major snow storm, my tire light went on. I continued to drive assuming it was a temperature thing and also there wasn't a good place to stop. I finally found a spot just before route 2. Peering through the heavy snow fall and sliding away a mound of snow I could see that my front tire was flat. I grabbed the car compressor and tried filling it up.
