Two hour wait. Couldn't find the leak. Finally stated it was the bead. Remounted tire and sent me on my way. A few hours later......tire soft again. This was their third attempt at fixing this leak. I didn't think this was rocket science.
Stopped in yesterday for a screw hole repair and was met with great customer service. I have a brand new car with brand new tires so obviously did not buy them at discount tire. Yet, he refused to charge me for the repair. Was in and out in 20 minutes with no cost to me. Very much appreciated. Have been a discount tire customer for years and will continue to be in the future. Thanks and keep up the good work. Edit/update: I was dealing with Jake.

We travel all over the U.S. and I deal with Discount/America's Tire stores when ever I need or have tire issues. They always have great service and normally I'm in and out within 1 1/2 hrs. I have a dually. On a rotation they have to dismount and remount at least 4 of the 6 tires. This time I had a nail in one of my tires and I was there less than one hour to get the tire patched up. This store is no exception. The service was great and the people very friendly.

How do you do it? I can go to any Discount Tire in Houston and get super care from extremely awesome employees and then come to Alamogordo NM and the same stellar customer care is here. I'm in awe. I am will always be a die-hard Discount Tire customer.
Yesterday they went up and beyond for me and my cars helping me with my tires!!! Thank so much Mike for all your help
