I took my father's truck in to get new tires. Before I left one of the workers brought it to my attention that the bolts on the back of the truck that hold the wheelchair lift had nuts missing and the bolts were starting to come out. He said if I needed help with tightening the new nuts to just come back and he will gladly help me. After attempting to do so myself I ended up going back to take him up on his offer. Staff were friendly and did an excellent job getting me in and out!
They told me I had 6/32 with the tread on my tires and I needed them changed truth is you change tires at 3/32. If I was a woman I would have them changed but I know better
My experience at Discount Tires has always been great!! I am always in and out!! The workers are awesome !!
Awful service with the sales staff. Bought a new set for my car in April/May, and tried to get them rotated today. Guy comes out and says he won't service my car or rotate and tries to sell me new tires. Even with a 65,000 mile warranty, and only 10,000 miles driven since we bought the new set, they wouldn't do anything except "try and hook us up with a good deal". Piss poor service from the sales staff.
