RecommendedI am a customer forever to the discount tire store on texas pkwy...I went there this morning to have a spare put on my car...was driving with a donut..the spare that I took was no good...and the tire that went flat was no good...the guys at this store went above and beyond...I'm a senior citizen...they put a good used tire on my car that had been laying around the shop...a BIG thank you to the guys at discount
Service is terrible, two hour wait now three hours. Not one person has talked to me about the delay. I had a low tire light.Go somewhere else!
every time I take a vehicle in for a flat repair or bring a used tire I always get them same answer "we can't do it because of (insert some crap excuse)" and they always try to sell me new tires instead. the tires on my 2018 silverado had 3k miles on them, asked them to rotate them and they couldn't bc of the load rating. couldn't patch my kia tire because they said it had a plug in it, took it to another shop and it was a piece of wood! if you wanna only install new tires sa… See more

RecommendedI like giving credit to a business when they do a great job. I bought tires from Discount Tire in Newport News. I completed the whole transaction through their website on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday. When I showed up to the garage I was in and out the door in just over an hour. Bravo!

Recommendedvery great customer service experience
They said they fixed my tire but didn’t do anything. I came to them with a nail in my tire. I got back in my car with my tire sensor still on. Which I thought was weird they didn’t air my tire back up after “fixing” it. So I drove across the street and had them aired back up. Well here I am 3 days later back to my tire pressure light on. So I investigate and the same nail is in my tire. I have never had a problem with Discount Tire until now.
