Absolutely the definition of customer service. Shout out to Bill in particular for taking so much time to search all avenues in order to fulfill my needs. Top of the line care, and always feel like the value is untouchable. Customer for life.
All staff was friendly and very helpful. Sold me tires that were reasonably priced. Didnt try to talk me into the most expensive tires they had. Everyone seems knowledgeable and are very professional.
These guys saved my ass and my wallet! Highly recommend him as well as the Brighton, Michigan location since I had to go there for the second tire

Shout out to discount tire in fenton. Had a flat and stopped to get air but they said there was hole in and couldn't be fixed or driven at all. At that point I actually cried and told them I was a single mom with no income. At that point they took my tire and put a used one on at no charge...... tytyty
3+ hour wait to get a screw out of tire in a cold lobby, one over read newspaper. People came and left as I sat, paced, and sat getting later and later. Hopefully I am not losing my job.
29 years ago my dad advised me "Take it to Discount. They won't let you down." To this day, they have not ever let me down. Thank you for all you do to ensure my family's safety.
