Although I didn't have an appointment I did do a walk in... he told me it was going to be about an hour wait which it was and then my tires were fixed in about 10 minutes.. A bit of a wait but when they get to your car they are fast!

Similar story for this location I see ... Waited over an hour for rotation when there weren't very many customers waiting. Then as it got busy others jumped ahead of me. I watched as a couple vehicles in the shop weren't being attended to very promptly. Drive area was littered with metal debris (not cool for a tire shop). I gave up and just left ... Nobody called me. There will be no second chance for this store.

Was excited to have a local shop and not have to go to San Antonio but never have I had to wait so long for service as I did at this store. The store was not very busy and personally I think my work order was just lost in the shuffle. As I was leaving a guy came running out with all of sudden an empty bay but by that time I was moving on. He mentioned something about service in under an hour but when he started his clock and when mine started didn't match up very well.
