Trevor and Brian were awesome- very professional and trustworthy! I came in expecting I might have to buy at least one tire but they were able to repair my tire and even alerted me a potential problem involving swollen lug nuts. (I never even knew that was a thing but a quick search on Google revealed that itvisba known problem and there is actually a class action lawsuit against Ford concerning people being unable to remove their lug nuts when they needed to change a flat tire in the middle of nowhere!) Miles was wonderful and staff great! Trustworthy for sure! Alittle bit of a wait yesterday but they were slammed! Today I stopped for a second opinion from my dealership and I trust Miles so I will do as suggested!
Been going to Discount tires since the 70s. This has got to be the worst run store I've ever seen. 3 and a half hour wait. No sense of urgency being displayed. 2 empty bays and the guys are standing around talking. 3 guys working the counter. As customers were coming in they were being told they had a 3 hour wait and were closing at 6. As most customers left in anger, and once they floor was empty the 3 guys, would just stand there and talk, or answer the phones and tell people that they were extremely busy. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. The store is extremely clean and inviting. I can't say enough about Trevor's integrity and personality, not to mention his knowledge. I also want to recognize Alex, who put my tires on. He was very courteous and professional too. In an age where good service is often lacking, I am so pleased with Discount Tire in Boerne and highly recommend. 6 *s
Don't bother scheduling an appointment. Whether you have an appointment or not, you are put into the que (back of the line).
