Put 1 star because I can't put 0. This team is outrageously unqualified to do anything close to a car. We changed a couple of our tires and they actually put the wrong size tires. That's the first issue. THE WRONG SIZE! A tire shop. This is unacceptable. This started a bunch of other problems on the car. Because of the disparity in sizes, our ESC and brake system started failing. We went back there and they were incapable of finding what was wrong. Their diagnosis was that it was a faulty sensor. These guys are great! They first won my business when they removed and repaired a nail in my tire for free even when I had never done business with them before. When I got snow tires last year there was no high pressure sales, just helpful information on what I needed and why. The rotation and balance today was quick and effortless! They will continue to be my go to tire guys!
This is an amazing business! Each time we have been there the service is unmatched. TJ runs a tight shop and his employees follow his lead. Nick and Kyle ,as well as TJ have been absolutely wonderful to my husband and I. They have filled low tires and pulled a screw out of a tire all free of charge and with a smile on their faces. WOW! I can’t imagine going anywhere else for tires- ever!
We walked in and were greeted (and consistently had throughout our appointment) Chick-fil-A, and Disney style customer service. Everyone was friendly and quick to help. The guys in the garage were literally running. My five year old said they were working so hard they deserve a treat, I agree! I overheard several employees mention this was the busiest they’ve been, even more impressed by their great attitudes considering their stress levels. A great team, both front and back of house. I definitely felt like they took good care of my Acura when I brought it in a little over a week ago for a new full set of tires. They went over pricing with me before the installation, and educated me on which tires would be best for my vehicle on how much/where I travel.
