Sales was great however an FYI on their discounts/rebates: I was advised I would receive an additional rebate if I applied for their credit acct & would have 9 months to pay the remaining balance. I've had to make several calls regarding receiving the rebate & still haven't received the total amount I was advised at time of the sale. Also, I have since found out that the rebate cannot be applied to the purchase of the tires. I'm not saying this would've hindered my decision but this is information I prefer to know upfront.

It appeared no one in Lake City had time to take care of my tire issue. The team at Discount Tire got me in and out, very quickly. Service was great. Would recommend these guys to all my family and friends.

Showed up from out of town looking to fix a tire that was going flat on me. Turned out to be a slightly dinged rim. It would have been easily fixed with a few taps of a hammer which I get they don’t want the liability of. But dang if I don’t pull across the street to get a hammer to fix it myself and notice I have a new spare under the truck. Now why did they not offer their assistance with changing to that for me instead of just leaving me stranded?
