RecommendedI went here to get a new set of tires put on and I have to say is was the best customer service I ever received.. Very professional very very nice guys they Know their stuff . I went to a tire shop in high springs guy named Cory and he sold me a set of tires and put them on my truck well The tires were no good they were very very loud and very very bumpy once they got a put on I asked mr Cory to please give me my money back and put a take the tires back off my truck he refused to do so very bad customer service on his behalf... read more
Nick had me in and I out before I hardly knew what was happening. I just needed a valve stem replacement on a trailer tire. No hassle, asked a couple quick questions and took care of me. I would highly recommend this shop and Discount Tire.

My son bought 4 new tires today and Garrett made the process go so simple. They ordered the tires and they were delivered this afternoon. The crew at Discount Tire are efficient and got us on our way with the new tires in a short time. Very professional and friendly staff!

Yesterday when driving home from Jacksonville we got a screw in one of our tires. I stopped by this morning to see if it could be fixed and the rep Steven met me at my car and checked everything. He was very knowledgable and informative. Realizing how bad our tires were anyways, I purchased 2 new tires. The pricing wasn't bad, but the service is what made the experience great.
