RecommendedI went in with no appointment and had four new tires installed in under 40 minutes! This store went the extra mile to make me happy and keep my family safe as my old tires were becoming dangerous. The manager, Josh, personally helped me and was extremely professional yet kind and caring! Thank you!
These guys give the absolute best customer service. Vedran and Alex are champs! There needs to be a no white pants rule though.
Had the best experience this morning! I bought my tires a year ago and had a flat tire that needed to be repaired. I made an appointment online, arrived at the store this morning and was greeted by friendly staff. They fixed my tire for free, but if it wasn't able to be repaired safely they would have replaced it for free, all because they have an amazing warranty on their product. After a very chaotic morning, caused by a pothole ruining 2 tires on my husband car on his way to work, there was no other choice going through my head but to have it towed to discount tire! Ive been a discount tire (mishawaka,IN) customer for over 10yrs, but this incident happened in Warsaw. So thankful there was a location there as well. I have been going to this location for my tires since they opened. They consistently go above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They’ve always been very busy when I go, but still take the time to answer questions, and the wait time isn’t bad at all if you schedule an appointment. Highly recommended, I won’t get tires anywhere else in Warsaw!

Amazing customer service! Super friendly... even to my kids :) great prices! Told us an 1 and a half hrs to an HR 45min. Ended only being an HR if that :) super impressed will be coming back for ALL of our tires even if out of our way or a little bit of a distance... :)))
