Stephan and his crew went above and beyond to help us on Saturday! We were headed to Fort Wayne Indiana for baseball and noticed along the way our tire was losing air. Luckily there was a Discount Tire 3 miles down the road. They got us in right away! In 15 minutes they put the spare tire on our current rim, shined the tires, & checked the air in them as well. Had a great experience the service was wonderful! They explained my tire repair and said I did not need tires for awhile. I went ahead and got a quote. Will be where I go when the time comes! Great group of young knowledgeable men.

Great service and great customer care.. I had all 4 TPMS replaced last year (2018). Had a problem with one 2 months ago. Had another problem last week. Went in to have them checked. Was told that the other 3 were not working and that they would replace all 4 with a different manufacturer TPMS at no charge. After a very short wait, they were done and I was on my way. Could not ask for more.
we have purchased tires from Discount Tire for years and they have been good for the most part. took 1 on off my 250 and this kid brought it out and told me it was just out of balance: he put 3lb of weights on it, that didn't make me happy.
