I went in to get my tire plugged & the man there (I think his name is allan) said where the nail or screw was at they couldn't plug it & immediately tried to sell me a tire without even taken the tire off & taken a closer look at it. (My husband told me it was pluggable) so I left & went to a guy we normally get tires from said it was it pluggable & then showed me it was a small screw & it hasn't punctured the tire itself. they saved me up too $100 . false advertising show tires for $64 then 6 days later after you order them tell you in store that those tires are not available (after got a confirmation email ) but will sell you more expensive tires at full price very crooked business practices after reading another post on here about ordering tires at this location seems to be their preferred practice except I wasn't offered any discounts when I called customer care the store clamed they offered me a deal but I pointed out that it was same prices online or if I had just ... read more

I’ve had a really great experience here. Being in college I bought my first tires here and about a year later I was turning into a Walmart and someone pulled out in my direction, as they were at a stop sign. My first instinct is to serve off the rode to avoid collision. With doing so my front tire was busted and the back had a bubble. I let them know this at Discount Tire and realized I had a warranty on the front tires, but not the back. They helped me out and gave me the back tire for cheaper than the original price.
In and out within 10 minutes. Sam was so helpful and honest.
