I checked Consumer Reports, ordered my tires ahead of time, paid, and had them installed with no troubles. Even walked my dog on the shady side of the building. Thanks!
Friday I took my wife's Camry in with a "tire idiot light" problem. It was diagnosed almost immediately as a bad sensor on the right rear tire. The problem was fixed at a reasonable price in an excellent way. I will definitely be back in the future! PTL!
Due to a suddenly low tire, and they being the only place open at a quarter to 5 on Saturday, I came to Discount Tire on North Main for a patch. I feel compelled to say I have never encountered such exceptional service in possibly any industry, automotive or otherwise. Not only have staff been attentive, beginning with meeting me at my car as I parked, while they are clearly busy, but they have been fast and friendly and entirely efficient. Apparently Discount Tire means that they "discount" the fact that you paid a crap load of extra money for LIFETIME warranty!!!! They won't fix or replace my tire!!! No sense getting warranties people...they are a scam!!!!!!
They always have such wonderful customer service, we were at the dentist office across the parking lot from DT, I called to let them know that our dentist appt was running over and we were going to be late for our appt at DT. The gentleman said no worries and offered to come and meet me in the waiting room to get our info and keys and get started on it! Not only that but their employees literally "run" to get their work done, and are happy about it! Very kind, and you can tell that it's all about teamwork!
