All facets of their operation were seamless from helping me determine what tire, what size, ordering, and even the prompt & courteous service when I arrived to have the tires put on. Great people!
Love seeing a store manage that is not afraid to get dirty with HIS team. They were very busy but got me taken care of within a few mins
If you break something on someone's rims you should be responsible and fix it or pay to get it fixed.
They were super attentive, and have the best customer service I have ever seen. They made sure I was able to see what happened with my tire blowout and took care of me. Absolutely the best discount tire I have been too. They all deserve raises at the Roswell location
One of our RV tires blew up just outside the town. While changing the tires, we called and get an appointment to replace all the tires. They gave us an appointment an hour later. When we arrived, the service was fast and the workers were friendly. It only took them 45 minutes to replace all tires. We are happy with their service.
Right now, not very happy. Wanted tires compatible with other tires on truck. What I got was an over priced tire, too narrow with too much tread, that vibrates going down the highway. Calling tomorrow, hope they still have my old ones. They can have these back. I was against them in the first place, but was assured they wouldn't do the very thing they are doing.
