My tire popped as I was coming into town. Two kids in the car and a trunk full of groceries. I rolled up to Discount Tire at 5:56pm, right at quitting time. They stayed late to replace my shredded tire ($16 thanks to certs). They were super nice and understanding. I very much appreciate it!

Today I had a screw in my tire, and because the previous tire place I went to put 11 year old tires on my car, discount tire was unable to fix it, BUT they went ahead and helped me out and gave me a new (used) tire free of charge! Super helpful and nice and we're genuinely concerned with helping me!
Had a road hazard flat in the morning rain. After getting soaked in the rain putting on my donut I went to the store. Met with great professionalism and was back on the road in a very timely manner.
