I got $700 worth of new tires two weeks ago on one of my fleet vehicles and asked you to check the spare. Today my guy had a blowout and the spare was flat. Thank you for replacing my new tire with another under the conditions of the tire insurance I elected to purchase. What did you do when I asked you to 'check the spare?'
