I wanted to thank all the amazing staff at Discount Tire for their AMAZING service today. They were not only quick and friendly, but also went out of the way to make sure I got great rates and even gave me four tires for the price of two! We took my car in to the Helena, MT store get a tire fixed. We went across the parking lot to Qdoba for dinner while we waited. Soon, a nice man named Shawn walked in to Qdoba with my keys. He brought my car over and said he didn't want us falling in the snow on the way back to get my car from their store. That is service!
Great customer service and it's a nice store. Employees are very helpful. Fast service as well.
We were on a big road trip and ended up with a slow leak in a tire. We pulled in to Discount Tire, and they had the leak fixed and us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Fabulous service!
just got ATV Tires today had them mount on the rims and had my truck tires checked was in and out in 20 minutes. They also priced match a deal I found online for tires, Outstanding Customer Service highly recommend
