Thanks to Matt, Joe and all the guys in the shop! I came in with very bald tires that needed air, no problem and they aired them back up. I returned later that day after deciding it was time for new tires. From start to finish I had a very good experience and will be back for future needs!!! I got a flat on my front passenger tire and went to discount tire to get it taken care of. Got it replaced and bought another one cause the my other tire was old. Got it taken care of, left and the next day my back tire is flat. Go back in and turns out the valve stem was loose so they tightened it and I was on my way. Wake up today to go to the store and now BOTH my passenger side tires are flat. Can't go in because its sunday and I dont even know how I will get there because I live in Columbia Falls. Horrible service.
I wish I could post right on your page because everyone deserves to see this...you guys rock!! My daughter was in a couple days ago with a flat...after deciding to go with her winters tires you guys put a loaner on her car at no cost to her to get her off her spare while she waits for her tire to get in. If that wasn't awesome enough...tonight she went to go to work and the loaner was now flat! I had all four of my tires slashed and we went to discount tire in kalispell and they helped so much! They were all very friendly and super fast to get them switched over and even repaired one of my tires. Huge shout out to you guys and I thank you so much! You guys are the best!
