I have bought tires here (dicount tire Columbus,OH) several times. Yesterday I had a screw in my tire and it was very low on air. Five mins. to closing they, happily, took me in and repaired my tire. It is such a comfort knowing that I have a place to call on if there is an issue. The men who work there were curteous and extremely helpful. I have always been treated fairly and honest and I wanted you the know I appreciate your business.

I went to this Discount Tire location this morning and I was SUPER impressed with the level of customer service I received. All of the associates I interacted with from the moment I walked in the door were so inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed all to really care about me and my car. I will highly recommend Discount Tire and this particular location to anyone needing tires and repairs. Thank you for being AWESOME!!!
Called a location and spoke to Earl, he was extremely helpful. He went our of his way to give me top rate customer service which involved checking other stores' stocks for maximum assistance! thanks Earl!
