I have bought tires here (dicount tire Columbus,OH) several times. Yesterday I had a screw in my tire and it was very low on air. Five mins. to closing they, happily, took me in and repaired my tire. It is such a comfort knowing that I have a place to call on if there is an issue. The men who work there were curteous and extremely helpful. I have always been treated fairly and honest and I wanted you the know I appreciate your business.

I went to this Discount Tire location this morning and I was SUPER impressed with the level of customer service I received. All of the associates I interacted with from the moment I walked in the door were so inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed all to really care about me and my car.
