RecommendedGreat customer service and reasonable prices! What I should have said was the excellent customer service I received from Sam! I was playing a contest on the radio and the next clue was being shared at 1:00. My car was already hoisted up in the air. I asked Sam if I could sit in his car to here the next clue and he LET ME!! Whoa...that made my afternoon. Didn’t get through to radio station to play, but I already won in Faith and humanity because of Sam!
We have went to you guys for years . I have purchased at least 10 sets of tires for our vehicles in the last 10 years . Today we bought our new car in to get the tires rotated and balanced and you charged us for it . We just bought 2 sets of new tires from Discount in the last 6 months . Never again and you've lost our business .

Everyone here is so courteous, helpful, and professional. I always get great service with the guys at Discount Tire in Lilburn. I would highly recommend buying tires here. Also, if you get the warranty when you buy your tires, then they fix a leaky tire for free.
