Heath was helpful at first, took my keys to check the reason my tire was getting low about once a month, never came back to tell me what was going to happen, waited 30 minutes then decide to ask him what was the plan and that there was 2 cars ahead of me, he told me only after I asked. I had to order my tires. I got a call and discount tire had my tires within 4 hours. They took my car in as soon as I got there. My car was done in less than 30 minutes. And they even brought the tires out to me so I could take a video of them. Because they were that bad. And then I tipped the 2 guys that worked on my car $20. ���
They tried to put some ring rimz on my car, but my rims stuck out too far. No charge, but I tipped the kid that tried.

Excellent price and service! They got the tires for my Dad's truck in quickly and even though I didn't have an appointment and the place was busy, I didn't wait long for install. I especially appreciated that there was no upselling! Thanks guys!
As soon as I pulled in one of the guy that work at discount tire came and ask me what bring me there, I told him there's a screw on one of the tire, he then check all the tires, told me what need to be done, he told me it's probably going to take 45 min, cuz there's more people ahead of me, I waited maybe 20 t0 25 min. And my car was done, they always been helpful and nice, I highly recommend discount tires for all tires needs.

I was in & out within an hour. The gentlemen who I worked with was very knowledgeable & professional. I would definitely consider Discount Tire again on a future purchase!
