They were great!
I was told about an hour (that word "about" has a lot of leeway!) for my tire change. Your service claims you will have the car ready in an hour or less yet, here I sit, 3 hours later waiting on my car for a simple tire change. Empty bays, more staff than needed, but no service. When you pay $160 for one dam tire and have to wait 3 hours...ITS A F*CKIN' joke. Thank you for wasting my time. It's not like I asked for a free tire plug.
The only place l will ever buy tires, there customer service is outstanding.

Been buying my tires here for years and they've always treated me right and taken very good care of me.
I needed my tire checked, because it had a leak, then I was surprised when I found out it was free. Possibly because I had bought it three the year before, but it was still nice
We went to our dealership because we had a leaky tire and they told us that all 4 of the tires on our car were cracked and leaking and our car needed new tires and it would cost $800. So we went to discount tire, and they told us that that is not correct and only one tire was leaking. They were able to fix it for us free of charge!! This place is no joke!!
