I just had a great experience with this Lakewood Discount Tire. Purchased tires for my 4 wheeler, not only got a fair price but when I was unable to pick them up the manager Mark Meredith delivered them to my home on a Saturday evening!
I just had my Jeep Renegade towed to this location for a flat tire. I had the best service I could have gotten! Chester, I think his name was, was so nice and helpful. They gave me a loner tire until mine come in but all my stress and anxiety's were relieved when they helped make me mobile again!! Thanks so much discount crew!! Definitely recommended
I had to wait a while even though I had an appointment...however, the staff were very nice and professional despite the craziness of everyone wanting new tires before the first snow of the year! The place was jam packed and I was impressed by their composure during a hectic evening. And my car is driving so much better...looking forward to the snow tomorrow!
With the crazy snow we've received so suddenly everyone had the same idea of getting their tires worked on or changed. Of course when I arrived, they were slammed. However, every employee was handling the stressful situation in a calm, respectful manner. I left my car expecting to pick it up around midnight with all the other cars they had ahead of mine, but I picked it up by 9:30pm instead. I am grateful for their dedication and getting safer tires on my car today. Thanks guys!!
On the third day of our first winter storm I was one of the procrastinators who scheduled an appointment and still had to wait the four hours or more to get new tires. Every store was inundated with people and they were doing their best to take care of all of us. I witnessed two people yell at a CSR for the wait and five additional people walked out. On Sept 8, we had new tires put on our 2011 Grand Cherokee. After we returned home, we noticed an issue with the job performed. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager, Trey. Within a couple hours, our issue was addressed and we were generously taken care of. Thank you Trey, Eric and Discount Tires, you have kept a long time customer.
