RecommendedI've NEVER had such an amazing expierence at a tire store. I was treated with respect and was in and out within an hour. I had ordered my tires online and was scheduled for Monday afternoon and I was called yesterday (thursday) and told I could come in sooner. I called today as I got off work early s d they had no issues getting me in! I will be back again and again and I will let others know to come to this store! fantastic all around. thanks guys!
This tire business is top notch and treats its customers very well and does a great job. And they do all of this even for customers who are rude and demanding and who want premium tires for $26 each.
Even without the incredible upgrade, this shop is on time, quick, comes with proper recommendations for what you nee, keeps you on budget. Friendly folks and great energy!
Everyone was super professional even though they were really, really busy. Smiles all around. They stayed open late to get everyone back on the road - including helping a frantic customer who arrived (apparently from another store!) after they'd officially closed. Discount has been my choice for years and it's experiences like these that keeps me coming back.
I love this place and have no problems. But i understand patience and unexpected happenings. But they took care of me very well and even when i went back for a screw in my tire. Thank you Carol u.
This is a very professional and timely tire store. Service is spectacular! The only negative is lack of WiFi, might not be best place to work and wait for your repair.
I took my car in with a low tire. The guys got me in right away and did a n/c repair. Of course they would love to have sold me 4 new tires! We always go to Discount!
Frustrated. Made and appointment for 5 pm they told me it would be about an hour and to be back before they locked the doors... well here I am It's 6 15 and they still haven't even started my car yet.....I have a not so happy 5 month old and not a lot of time as to why I made an appointment in the first place...... they should be more clear on their times . And more helpful when I Ask questions. No one could tell me how my tread was on my tires .... ridiculous
