I have been a loyal customer of discount tire for years. I have always felt like I was in good hands, they were trust worthy ad I received excellent customer service until last night. I arrived about a hr before closing and immediately on of the guys in the tire bay looks my way and yells “Oh God, no more cars we want to go home” “ no more please!”. The service I got was beyond great. They were able to catch that my car had two tires on the wrong rims (they're staggered) and fixed it. It could be the new tires, but I think this fix made my ride much smoother and safer.
