Horrible! I sat 2 hours for him to tell me he couldn't patch my tire because I had it plugged the day before. False information! I was very disappointed! Never will I go back
Pressures not followed, even though it was specific on work order... Now another trip, time lost, NOT PROFESSIONAL.
Excellent customer courtesy and promptness. Was a long line when I arrived yet the representatives made themselves available as soon as freed from previous customers. They did this with kindness as well. Free water and coffee while you wait also tops the cake. They get to it in reasonable time on your car. Only down side was the men's bathroom, was very unclean.
Lazo is awesome, we solved my problem. He only had three of the four tires that I needed, but he quickly found the fourth tire. Soon I was on my way. He recommended Meineke Car Care for my alignment. Thanks so very much..
Matt is such a great asset to your company. I have been to Discount Tires at least 5x this year and he is always greeting folks and helping out when needed.
These guys stayed open for me last week when I had a nail in my tire! A model of courtesy and good cheer when I'm sure they were tired and hungry. I'm planning to bring them a treat but a true grateful yelpish item will do for now. Thank you, franklin and co.
