great service ! excellent staff. went in for a screw in my tire they were fast and efficient they fixed the tire there was no charge. and that's what I call customer service I will definitely be back to buy my tires there when they need to be replaced.

Ordered a new tire for my Jeep and waited 3 days for it to come in. When I arrived to have it mounted I was told to wait outside. I waited 20 minutes in the 100 degree weather only to be told it would take another hour and twenty minutes to mount one tire. Not wanting to sit out in the heat for an hour and forty minutes I left and am currently driving around with no spare. When I asked why there was over an hour wait I was told two people called in sick. Wouldn't it make sense to call two employees into work when that happen... read more
