The other community tire store in my neighborhood had a difficult time coordinating new tires and rims for my Honda Crosstour and manager told me that i couldn't fix my car to be sporty. I went to Discount Tire on 32nd street and Cactus and the manager Ty, ordered my wheels over nite Fed Ex and boom! I'm so happy with the customer service and the team at Discount Tire!!!
Once again , another huge shout out to #discounttire. These guys ROCK!!! I'd never buy tires anywhere else. If other businesses would raise their standards and their customer service to that of discount tire, the world would be a completely different (& better) place. #impressed. #customerforlife.
Once again I made an appointment to have tires put on and once again my appointment didn't mean anything to the staff of this location. Today's excuse ranged from, you car is finished to no one checked me in, even though I was there 30 minutes early. The truth supposedly was that they had a hard time locating one of tires and didn't think I was still on site to let me know of the difficulty. Now I don't know how stupid they think I am but I'm not buying the bullshit.
Discount Tires is the best! No appt in and out within 45 minutes! Found the nail in my tire and tires rotated. Great service and so friendly.
everyone there was great. very friendly and helpful. I had found a lower price online for my tires n even though their price had gone up they honored it.
They patched up my tire I a jiffy and didn't even charge me

My boy Mike Rosas is the man to ask for and see. No matter what problem or tire size he's got you covered. If they don't got it, he'll get it! As far as the work they are by far the fastest discount I've gone too. They take extra care twards every vehicle, I especially appriciate this considering my truck is slam'd. No complaints.
