Extremely friendly staff and very customer service centered. Never did I feel pushed or pressured into making a purchase and the gentleman that helped me was very professional in suggesting options to me in regards to the tire that I was needing to have replaced. I was informed of promotions that were available and shown where to go to redeem the rebate I was eligible for.

Waiting in line for air 45 mins so far.... the bay for the free air is occupied by the manager’s selected car after waiting for 45 mins. Bad customer service!

I,m here for the winter from IL. I discovered a nail in my tire. My son told me to go Discount Tire, he said I buy my tires there and they’ll take good care of you. I arrived stated my problem, CHRISTOPHER MEEKER checked my tire and said yes this can be fixed. I always ask how much something is going to cost before having the service done. He said NO CHARGE! Have always been fair with me. Fast friendly service for the free rotation and other tire service needs I have had with them. I keep going back. I’ve used 3 different locations in the valley and they have all been A+ experiences.
