Been to this location 3 times in the last week for an air check and no one will help you. Waited 10 minutes and employees looked me but never offered to assist.
RecommendedAmazing customer service. They repaired a flat tire that was not purchased from them, mounted it, and replace the spare back underneath my truck. They would not allow me to pay them anything. This is why I always use them and will continue to use them for all my tire purchases. The tire they repaired were the ones that came on my new truck. Thanks Discount Team.
These guys were awesome! I had just got a screw in my tire and made it in 20 minutes before closing. They were super busy and it was crazy hot, but these guys are the epitome of customer service. Even though they had 10 cars ahead of me they didn’t say they were too busy, and still accepted my car with a smile. Even an hour past closing they were still super nice a caring. Businesses and other discount tires can learn from them!

UPDATE: The Store Manager called me the same day I posted this review, to apologize. He said that Discount Tire was looking at a way to improve the way they handle incoming calls, so that it doesn't impact customers in the store. I am giving them another star for this good follow up. They need more employees at this location. I had to wait 30 minutes in line and they estimate at least another hour to have flat tire repaired.
